There was no room service, and when we asked for a bottle of drinking water, the staff said they couldn’t provide one. The bathroom had a bad smell and a broken tap, and the rooms were dirty and poorly looked after. The hotel says it has parking, but there’s no parking facility. A very disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were arrogant, and after taking our money they gave us a poor quality room, then demanded double payment even though we had booked already. They also abused OYO and the online booking app. A very third-class hotel and staff.

We came in late on Chhath night, when almost every restaurant was closed or about to close. One of the two staff at the entrance didn’t seem keen to seat anyone, but Mr.Om welcomed us and made sure we got a good meal. The cook understood what we wanted and made it just right. The food was excellent, and throughout dinner we were treated like VIPs. We loved the atmosphere and the staff’s patience and kindness. Everything was handled so well from our arrival until we left. We’re grateful to Mr.Om for the wonderful service and wish him all the best for the future. Love!

I booked through OYO for Rs 550, but the staff refused the booking and asked for Rs 1200 instead. Very bad staff.
