Hotel Classic By OYO Rooms

I found dirt and stains on the toilet seat as soon as I checked in. Later, the ground floor lobby was flooded with sewage coming out of a manhole right there. The smell and mess were shocking. Breakfast was just as bad. The puris with sabji had black, burnt-looking marks. I went to the kitchen to complain and saw completely black, apparently overused or burnt oil, plus an open sewer with cockroaches around it. The walls and surrounding areas looked so filthy that the kitchen seemed dark from all the dirt. This is a serious health hazard. I’m posting so others know before booking. There are much cleaner, safer hotels nearby. Avoid this place at all costs.

The price feels high for the facilities the hotel offers. There’s a lot that needs improving.

The food was good, and the rooms were really nice. I had the best experience.

It’s an old hotel on a prime corner plot in SecIV, and the price is quite reasonable. But maintenance is a serious problem. Every corner needs refurbishment if the place is going to regain its former lustre.
