Hotel Tulusi Inn

The service fell short of what I expected. Still, the spacious, clean rooms made for a comfortable place to relax, and the location was handy for reaching nearby attractions. My recent stay at Hotel Tulusi In was mostly positive.

We stayed from 30th September to 2nd October and loved our time here. The room was roomy, very clean, and had a cozy balcony. The staff took great care of us, and their hospitality was really remarkable.

Parking was handy, and the rooms were spacious. The hotel boys were polite and the whole team was very accommodating. Breakfast normally ends at 10:30 am, but they happily served it at 11:30 am for us without charging extra. The manager came across as genuine and focused on guest satisfaction. I wanted to tip the staff, but we had to check out early and I couldn’t. We enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant with the family. The food tasted great and was reasonably priced; my only small suggestion is to shorten the wait. They were flexible about extra mattresses too. Three of us shared one room with an extra mattress at no charge, and four of us stayed in another double bed deluxe room with only a fair extra mattress charge. That saved us the cost of a whole room for two nights. They don’t seem money-minded. A moment from our stay on 22nd August, our check-in day, stuck with us. It was Pratap’s birthday, and since we were late for dinner, we were still eating around 10:30 pm when the staff brought out a cake. The manager warmly urged us to join the celebration, and the kids loved having some cake. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed how they value both their staff and guests. Before booking, I read reviews like you might be doing now. Most were positive, though a few mentioned the food. I’d also heard you could get a better rate by calling directly instead of using sites like MakeMyTrip, so I tried and did get a much better deal. We left with good memories, and I can say from our own experience that this was a very positive stay.

The owners and workers were super helpful, and the rooms were clean with well-behaved staff. Hotel Tulsi is a very good place to stay. The food quality could be better.
