The restaurant team made our meals especially enjoyable. Mr Gunajit, Ms Pallavi, Ms Priti, and Mr Jahangir were consistently attentive and polite, and Chef Mr Bipul and Chandan prepared excellent meals throughout my stay. I’m grateful for their care and service. At check-in, the front desk executive greeted me warmly and handled things efficiently. Staff were quick to help, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Mr. Kalyan Sharma, the General Manager, showed personal attention to guest satisfaction, and that care seems reflected in the hotel’s smooth operation and the staff’s courteous manner. The rooms were clean, maintained well, and had modern amenities. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the location is convenient for business or leisure visits. I had a delightful stay at Cygnett Park Meghna-Bongaigaon, with comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. I’d recommend it to people visiting Bongaigaon. The highway location is handy for both family and business trips, and the hotel feels calm and pleasant. Parking and WiFi were managed well. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed, while the property itself is clean and well cared for. People on staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help. The restaurant food was fresh and tasty, though service could be quicker at times. Bathroom cleanliness and upkeep of public areas could use a little improvement. Still, it was a very good stay at Cygnett Park Meghna, Bongaigaon, and one of the best options in town. Modern, comfortable, and supported by genuinely helpful people. The is the best hotel in Bongaigaon.

The whole place was clean and had a really peaceful atmosphere. We had a great time at cygnett hotel yesterday, and the staff were friendly and good. The food wasn’t very spicy, so the children could eat it too. Manager Sanjay boro was very polite. Thanks, Sanjay, for the great service. We’ll definitely come again.

The rooms, spa, and food were good, but the way I was treated left me disappointed. My minor son misplaced our room key, so I went to reception for help. The person there said he had no spare key, then told me, “chabi toh aapko khojke dena padega.” Is that really how a guest should be spoken to? It was a horrible experience.
