The location worked really well, right in the middle of north Goa, with most of the good clubs and sundowner spots no more than 20 minutes away. The hotel was nice, the rooms were good, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices.

The only thing going for this place is its spot on Tito's lane. The room was filthy, with dusty, stained, smelly bedsheets, and it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned since the place first opened. The power and water kept cutting out too. I booked three months ahead after seeing the online photos, which looked fake, and the actual room was a shock. They refused to refund me. The receptionist also needs to learn how to speak to people with some basic respect, instead of acting like she’s doing us a favor. I just wanted the trip to be over so I could get out of that room. Believe the bad reviews if you don’t want the same regret. Don’t book it if you don’t want to spend your time in a dump. I wish I could post photos to show how disgusting the room was.

Room service was good, and the location is hard to beat, just a few steps from Baga Beach. But the facilities are limited: there was no WiFi, even though it was advertised, and the fan and light weren’t working during our stay. At first they said they’d move us to another room after a few hours, then didn’t. Also, don’t rent a bike here. They were all very old. Even if it costs 100₹ more, get a decent bike somewhere else.

The location felt congested and wasn’t good, the staff seemed unprofessional, and the place was very dirty. I had a terrible experience. The photos on booking sites were very old or fake, and the hotel certificates from JD,Oyo,MMT,Go ibibo etc. at reception didn’t change that impression. It has no beach view and doesn’t feel like a resort. I’ve stayed in inns and sarais with better rooms. I checked in on 29th March and was given room 211. It smelled of damp walls, the floor under the bed was broken, the electrical sockets were broken, and the almirah had no shelves or partitions. It was broken too, with the pieces carefully placed at the bottom. They refused to change the room or return my advance of Rs. 8,000/- because they said it was non-refundable. On the second day they gave me room 201, but it wasn’t much better. I shared photos of that room, as well as the entrance, balcony, and gallery. They didn’t clean the rooms for the next four days or change the bedsheets. I asked five times for clean towels and bedsheets, but the receptionist was busy gossiping with the maids and said room cleaning time was 12 to 1 pm. There’s no phone to reach reception, just one bell, and they respond maybe one time out of ten. Waste of money. Don’t book this hotel.
