Bellagio Rezidencia Apartments

Bellagio has very courteous staff who are always happy to help, and it’s no surprise that foreigners like staying here too. The rooms are huge and come with AC, a fridge, microwave, stove, utensils, housekeeping, and other services. There’s decent parking if you’ve rented a car, plus an open dining room where you can eat takeaways. We had a nice stay, and the location is very good.

Bellagio Rezidencia was in a peaceful spot, just 800 meters from Kandolim Beach, which suited our family stay well. The premises and rooms were clean and looked after, and the staff were polite and supportive. We had a wonderful two nights in Goa.

Our two-day stay felt awful, especially with my small child along. The beds and rooms seemed smaller than advertised, and there was a sharp something around the edge of the property that seemed risky for cars and people. No one cleaned the room despite us asking repeatedly, so in two days there was no cleaning at all, and I ended up washing my own utensils. They wouldn’t provide sugar for tea, so I finally had to order it through Instamart. There was practically no service for a service apartment. The bedroom curtains also didn’t block the light, so it stayed extremely bright. A bad stay.

We enjoyed staying here with our family and hope to visit again. The building corridors and rooms were kept neat and clean, with great care, and security was on duty 24/7. The hospitality and service were amazing. Thank you.
