We stayed here over New Year, and the location was lovely, just 50 m from the beach. You can see both sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The rooms were in very good condition. Clinton, the room service guy, was excellent at his job, and his helpful nature makes you fall in love with him. A must visit when you’re in GOA, it’s the best home stay I’ve ever checked into.

The rooms are nice, and you can choose one with a kitchen or without. Master Sam is a very nice man. We lived here for a month and would be happy to come back next time.

Bom Mudhas is a good place, and the service was good too. We stayed for two days, from 31st December to 2 January, enjoyed our stay, and liked that it’s near the beach.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in Goa so far. The owner is very irritating and has a hundred conditions about everything. She doesn’t let you do anything. If you want a good vacation, I suggest you don’t stay here.

The owner aunty is the biggest problem here. She isn’t service oriented, finds fault with everything, and her tone and way of speaking are awful. I’d strongly say, “Do Not Go” to this place. A big no from me. Worst place to stay in north goa.
