The team made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay at Calangute Residency. The front office, reservations, restaurant, housekeeping, and other support staff were all polite, professional, and ready to help. Our rooms were clean and well maintained, the food quality was very good, and the hospitality and service were excellent. We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay, and it seems like a perfect place for families. I’d definitely recommend Calangute Residency to anyone visiting Goa, and I’m looking forward to coming back. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable experience.

The property’s location is excellent, but it felt mismanaged and misused. They claim and charge for a 4 star hotel, yet don’t provide complementary breakfast in the in house restaurant or even basic toiletries.

For families with kids who don’t want to spend extra time travelling to the beach, this is a good place. The location gets 10/10. Food was 8/10, service 7/10, and hygiene 6/10. Apart from the location, food and service are average. My overall rating is 8/10.

There’s ample parking for your vehicle, and the service and stay were good. The place is good and the rooms are clean, with an awesome beach view from the balcony. They don’t have a lift, though, so you have to use the stairs.

The calm, clean atmosphere made it feel peaceful, even though the property is very close to beach resorts. The location is perfect, and coming and going is always open. There’s a kettle to warm water in the morning. The beds aren’t comfortable, though, and the mattress should be better.
