Whenever we needed anything, the service was quick to respond and help. The owner is a very kind, humble lady, which made the stay even more pleasant. The apartment was clean and well kept, with comfortable, spacious rooms. A great place to live! Date: 2 april 2026

It was our second visit, and the hosts were very nice. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and we’ll definitely come back. One of the best places to stay in North Goa 👍

We stayed three nights with 12 people in a 3 BHK, and it really gave us that home away from home feeling. There’s a kitchen, extra beds, 24/7 hot water, a washing machine, cutlery and vessels, plus a refrigerator, oven and toaster. It works well for big or small families. The balcony has a dining table, and the property is right in the heart of Calangute, with three beaches nearby. They can suggest a rental bike for 350rupees a day, so it’s budget friendly. The owner is especially friendly and polite, and made us feel like neighbours. There’s parking too. We found it through Agoda, and the price is low, sshhhh. This place made our Goa trip complete.

The owner was welcoming, polite and helpful the whole time. Our room was fantastic, so clean and comfortable that it felt like home. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay in Goa. Highly recommended ❤️❤️😍😍

The owner is sweet, the staff are good, and everything is neat and well maintained. We stayed two nights and were happy with the affordable room charge. There’s a great kitchen, and it’s a fantastic choice for families. My kids were thrilled to see the fatty rotweiler. The beach, restaurants and shopping street are nearby. We’re satisfied, would happily visit again and recommend it to friends.
