The rooms smelled damp and unpleasant, and the pictures on the app were old, making the hotel look much better than it really was. We’d been promised breakfast, but there was no kitchen, so we had to find food outside. What they eventually got us from another place was cold and strange, pau bhaji without the pau, plus freezing tea. I accidentally booked two rooms for two days and couldn’t find any way to fix it in the app or at the hotel, which was frustrating. The whole experience was confusing and terrible. I won’t use FabHotel or its app again, and I’d look elsewhere for somewhere to stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel seems clean and well maintained. Casa Montana Hotel could be a comfortable, convenient place to stay when visiting the Condolim area.

For the high price, there was no service. The manager wouldn’t listen to requests about service, and there was no hot water until 9 am. Parking wasn’t available. Towels and bed sheets weren’t changed, and rooms weren’t cleaned unless we asked. I wouldn’t suggest staying here.

The room looked AMAZING, but booking this hotel was my biggest mistake after staying at several resorts and hotels in goa. Even though we booked an AC room, the ACs didn’t work, and the repairman didn’t fix them. The hot water geyser worked only when it felt like it. Service wasn’t great either. The hotel is quite far inside and away from the beach, and the location tag on maps is wrong. The hotel is on the other side from where the maps show it. There are many better options.

It’s a nice property that feels like a hometown villa. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and good, and the staff cooperated well with us.
