The worst part was how little anyone seemed to care once payment was made. There were no caretakers, and nobody to clean the utensils or look after guests. Complaints went nowhere. The refrigerator was broken, and after we raised it repeatedly, they added a mini fridge that didn't work either. This is a second-floor duplex apartment, not a villa, and the lifts don't work. The rooms smelled bad and the floors were sticky. The kitchens were filthy, scrap was dumped in the hallway, and some rooms had AC units that didn't work. There were strong electric shocks from the earthing in three or four bathrooms. The cheap, broken furniture collapsed when you sat on it, as shown in the pictures. I wouldn't stay here even for free. Booking this place after reading this will spoil your trip.

Narendra, the Service Captain at Karishma Grand, made our meal memorable. Even on a busy evening, he kept things running smoothly, knew the menu well, and gave us great suggestions. His warm manner, attention to detail, and willingness to anticipate what we needed made the service stand out. We were really pleased and look forward to coming back.

The location was great, and the whole stay felt relaxed and homey. The rooms were beautifully designed, the beds were so comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Everything felt top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We booked through Make My Trip for a family trip from October 18th to 20th, but the hotel we got, Karishma Grand, wasn't the one shown on MMT. It was average, and the staff didn't act professionally. They wouldn't provide the extra bed I'd booked for four people. We'd arranged dinner in advance as part of our plan, but they didn't seem to know about it. Gurudeep, the restaurant head, turned me away, which was upsetting. The restaurant service was poor too. In our room, the TV didn't work, there were insects in the cups, and moisture had brought insects onto the walls. We had a bad stay, and I wouldn't recommend it for families.
