The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were very approachable and helpful. The hotel is near calangute beach, so it’s easy to get there for a walk. Service was good.

Mostly a local setup. Some rooms had an a/c complaint, and the lift can’t hold 3 people. There were leaks in the taps, no door mates, and the switch boards weren’t fixed properly. The pool wasn’t very big or spacious either. Worst stay ever.

I’ve stayed here twice, and both visits were awesome. Kishor bhai, the host, is really polite. The rooftop pool is good, the rooms are well maintained, and staff are available 24 hours. It’s in a good location, close to both Baga and Calangute beach.

Kishore and Reema took such good care of us and were friendly with everyone. The service from the whole team was impeccable from the moment we arrived. Savoy Palace was absolutely outstanding, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for unparalleled luxury in Funchal.

It felt more like a 2-star hotel. The management was very poor, the electricity was cut off at random times, and the water supply wasn't proper. A very bad experience.
