We booked a deluxe double room through Agoda, but it hadn’t been cleaned properly and there were bedbugs everywhere. The washroom had no latch, and there was no power backup. I paid for an AC room, yet the AC didn’t work for more than 12 hours. A terrible stay. Try to avoid this place.
