OYO 15498 Emmanuel Beach Resort

We booked rooms A1 and A8 for our group of four. Both were spacious, with double beds, and we were given an extra mattress. The rooms had big balconies, clean bathrooms and toiletries. The linen was clean too, though we were mostly out and didn’t pay much attention to it. A1’s balcony faces the road. The hotel sits on the Baga-Calangute main road, close to both beaches. There’s parking for about 3-4 cars with extra room for bikes, plus a clean pool that’s about 10 ft deep at the deep end. It has eight deluxe rooms, room service and an in-house restaurant. The front area is shared with Delhi Darbar resto-pub, which has a good liquor selection and gives hotel guests at least 10% off the bill. Restaurants, a Pizza Hut, a McD outlet, shopping bazaar and cashew shops are nearby. The street gets busy with people heading to Tito's lane, Goa’s party hub. You can book online or in person, and they take UPI or cash only. There’s also a massage chair, which cost 100-150₹ for 10 minutes, as far as I remember.

The toilets were third class, the AC wasn’t working, and the rooms were tiny and very dirty. There’s no lift either. This hotel is BAKWAS.

They took advance payment but didn’t provide basic facilities. There wasn’t even water for the bathroom or bathing, and the AC didn’t work properly. The staff were so rude that we got our payment back only after going through police complaints and the whole process. Worst experience ever. Don’t stay here or waste your time.

We fell sick because of the environment here. There were insects on the bed, and we had no water or electricity. The room and service were very bad, and the manager behaved terribly. The villa owner and staff gave us no help, and the manager's behaviour was the worst. There was no hospitality at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst hotel, worst service, very bad people.
