The apartment was spacious and in a great location, so the trip seemed promising. But we ran into several problems with basic amenities. On arrival, nobody was there to check us in, and we waited 3 hours for someone to show up. Water wasn't available properly in either bathroom, one AC remote was missing, and the upstairs bathroom flush had a problem. The Tata sky account for the TV hadn't been recharged, though that was minor. OYO contacted us several times every day, but none of the problems were fixed before checkout. People on vacation shouldn't have to keep fielding calls about house issues. Once these problems were reported the first time, they should have been sorted out.

We had a great duplex home to ourselves in an apartment building, with no owner there. It had nearly all the facilities, including a geyser and western toilets. The kitchen came with an electric stove, electric kettle, crockery and a water purifier. With 3 rooms and a double bed in each, it felt like home. We stayed in the last week of September, and 8k for 6 of us for 3 days was reasonable. A good place.

Just great, in a word. The place had all the amenities you'd expect from a homestay and free parking for 2 wheelers. The only problem was that the faucets in one washroom weren't working.

The price and location seemed like a good deal, but the room was really dirty. There was a slimy patch on the floor that stayed even after I washed it three times. It was also hard to reach the captain, and despite paying in full, we waited 45 minutes before we could get in.
