The place felt unsafe at night, with no staff around after the housekeeper left in the early evening. It was uncomfortable enough to feel haunted. Earlier, we had parked my bike at the garden’s left corner because there wasn’t proper parking. Around midnight, the owner came out shouting that she had spent ₹50,000 on the garden and that the bike had to be by the gate. No housekeeper had been there to explain parking or checkout rules. We checked out about 11:15 AM, though the checkout time was 10. We had told the housekeeper we would be late and asked for our luggage to be moved to reception. When we arrived, they said we hadn’t informed them or given them the key. The owner shouted that we had made her “lose a client.” All that over a ₹500 overstay charge, which the policy didn’t say would apply for one extra hour. Other hotels usually allow a 1-2 hour buffer, but there was no flexibility or professionalism here. The owner was rude and seemed focused on money rather than guests. I regret not checking the Google reviews first, since this ruined our day. I’d never recommend this hotel.

The location is good, but that was the only positive for me. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, the washroom taps didn’t work right, and there was no Wi-Fi for guests. I booked Paparazzi Resort Hotel through MakeMyTrip, then couldn’t get anyone at the hotel to answer despite calling several times. It was frustrating, and the place falls short of basic hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend it unless management improves the service, cleanliness, and facilities.

The restaurant still hasn’t opened, and the other amenities need some work, but the resort seems to be heading in the right direction. After a rough start, it has made a real comeback. The rooms have been renovated and are clean and comfortable, and the staff were great, especially Anwar, who was really helpful. I’d recommend giving the place another chance.

Parking wasn’t properly available as promised, and the room was very dirty. The staff were rude and didn’t help. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I haven’t actually stayed there, just sharing what I experienced as a heads-up. I’m not sure if the woman was the owner or worked there, but she was very rude and insulting over a small parking disagreement. That’s a pretty poor example of how to treat tourists.
