The staff were rude, behaved badly toward guests, and showed no sense of service. Our rooms were in terrible condition, and the food was pathetic. What we got was completely different from what had been promised when booking, and it felt like a scam to take my money. Nothing here was worth our time or money. Avoid this third-class property, or you could end up wasting your hard-earned money and ruining your trip.

The food quality was below average, and I found an ant in the hotel's morning tea. Staff had no solution, just told me to wait until 8 o'clock for the manager. The goods shown in the pictures weren't a reason to book, since they didn't even bring an empty glass to the room. The service was poor and the staff were unprofessional.

I’d stayed here twice before and chose it again because I trusted the place. This time, though, the room wasn’t clean when I arrived around 8:30 PM for a two-night stay. Housekeeping said they couldn’t come that late and asked me to wait until morning, so I did. When I raised it at reception the next day, the staff were rude, said it wasn’t their fault, and wouldn’t acknowledge the problem. There was no discount or compensation, despite what I’d paid. The reception staff’s attitude was especially disappointing. Check the room carefully before settling in.
