It's a budget friendly base in North Goa, with a decent pool. If you mainly need somewhere comfortable to sleep after exploring, it works. Baga Beach is nearby, and Candolim and Calangute are easy to get to.

I'm back for my second visit to sun park resort, and had another very nice experience. The rooms are big, spacious, clean, and nice. There's a nice swimming pool, and the resort is close to baga beach and Calangute beach.

The only thing I liked was the clean swimming tank. Our stay itself was the worst experience: the rooms were damp and badly lit, with no lights in the passage. Wi-Fi wasn't available and the TV didn't work. There was no hygiene, and the blankets smelled bad.

We booked a studio room for our family, and it was nice and clean, with AC, TV, and a fridge. Bike rentals are available at the property, and rosy's kitchen, the in-house restaurant, has good food. The service staff, mr ramlal sachin and Edward, were cooperative and good. Surely a must visit property when in goa.

Housekeeping was very poor, and there are no basic amenities. The rooms aren't hygienic: the mattresses and pillows are old, and the bedsheet and pillow covers were torn. The TV didn't work. You can't run the geyser and AC at the same time, and there's no lift. Certainly not recommended.
