On the plus side, the staff were courteous and the location is very nice, within walking distance of the beach. But the rooms are extremely dirty. We shut the door and went to the beach, and when we came back, cockroaches were running all over the room.

There were cockroaches around the rooms. Also check the price carefully: rooms listed at 1200 rupees are being provided for 1700 rupees.
