The pool was full of dead flies and wasn’t usable, and breakfast was poor in both quality and choice. Our bathroom also had a foul smell the whole time, and the toilet flush in Room 501 was completely broken. I’d booked through an agent, with my friend staying in Room 503, and regretted it; if I’d made the booking myself, I would have left. The sheets and covers were old and stained. When I asked for clean replacements, staff brought equally dirty ones and said there weren’t any others. Basic hygiene and their dismissive response were unacceptable. I’d look elsewhere.

Breakfast was disappointing, with palmolein butter and rotten food. The hotel also offers spa treatments for an extra charge. I met more than 25 or 30 people in one day who were complaining about being cheated. They said the “happy spa” service cost almost 5000 per person, then staff asked for more money for a sanitation kit once they were inside the spa room. The staff spoke loudly and rudely, and even threatened people not to go to the police or anywhere else. I’m giving one star only because I have to. They don’t deserve even that.

The pool wasn’t maintained well, and the breakfast was so bad I wouldn’t eat it for free. When it got crowded, you couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. The service has gone downhill, and the woman at reception was very rude. A pretty bad stay.

The rooms are good, but for what we paid, the area didn’t feel worth it. Despite the resort name, this is more of a hotel with a pool than a proper resort. The pool is small and only open from morning until evening.

For the price, this is a good choice near Calangute Beach. The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. Nice budget hotel.
