The rooms were dirty and poorly looked after, and the beds and bedspreads were in terrible shape. There were no proper toilets, the bathroom doors had no latches, the TV didn’t work, and we weren’t given an AC remote. The staff who helped us were no help at all. We relied on the MakeMyTrip listing, but the photos and promises didn’t match the property at all. It felt like a complete scam. This was my first such bad experience with MakeMyTrip, and I feel cheated and deeply disappointed. I’d urge people to avoid this property at all costs.

The location was good and the room itself was decent, but the service was really bad for the price. During my four days there, the sheets weren’t changed and room cleaning wasn’t done. They gave us a broom instead. There was no room service, and we had to keep asking for basics like a dustbin, soap, and water, one small thing at a time. There was no management, and staff had no answers. When we asked for the AC remote, they refused. They need to improve their service skills so guests can have a good experience.

Staff and the manager didn’t coordinate with each other, and the rates were like those of a five-star hotel. Room cleaning and water supply had no schedule, and there was no hot water in the bathroom unless a guest asked them to turn on the geyser. The AC didn’t work properly, no remote was provided, and there wasn’t even a dustbin for rubbish. It was a very poor experience.

Booked through MakeMyTrip, but when we arrived they said locals weren’t allowed. If locals can’t stay, why list the property on OTA platforms? The owner didn’t want to speak to anyone, either. Pathetic, and the OTA channels should not be listing this place. No class at all.
