We arrived around 12:30 AM with a baby, and the Google location they'd sent was wrong. After we finally got there, they put us in a poorly maintained room on the third floor with no lift. There were no curtains, the window AC didn't work, and the fan speed couldn't be adjusted. When we asked about it, receptionist Rakesh Kumar said they weren't accepting bookings for Prime Tanjo. It felt like Rakesh Kumar was trying to fool us in the middle of the night, leaving us without a proper room and taking advantage of our situation. I've booked Fab hotels at other locations before, but this was a terrible experience. I won't recommend them to anyone.

The second room was also at the far end with poor lighting. Its bedsheet had stains and vomit marks and was completely covered in fungus. WiFi didn't work, and breakfast was served unhygienically. Highly disappointing service from FABHOTEL for promoting a hotel like this.
