We came to use the pool, but my friend got an electric shock in the water and it became a frightening, serious situation. His life was at risk. The staff were rude instead of helping properly, and the manager, Ajit, used abusive language despite this being a clear safety issue. He also approached us aggressively with a driver, which made us feel even less safe. A hotel needs to put safety first, especially around a pool. This was deeply disappointing and scary. I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel until its safety measures and staff behaviour improve. Our lives matter more than an experience like this.

Rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. Smirity mam was especially humble and lovely 🥰. It’s a really good place if you want comfort and a decent vibe near the beach. We’ll all be back soon 🤗

The beach is within walking distance, which was the one plus. The resort was in very poor shape: dirty rooms, poor upkeep and pests, and the pool wasn’t clean. They didn’t provide basics like a wastebin, towel, bucket, mug or mat. The food service was inadequate, with the same bread, butter and jam every day. One day there was no electricity, and the next there was no water in the bathrooms. Staff were unhelpful too. Very disappointing.

The pool didn’t look clean or safe, and even stray dogs were getting into it. Our bathroom had no lock. We were stuck there for two and a half days because it was part of a package, and even after we reported the problem and handed over the keys, nobody fixed it. Breakfast wasn’t satisfying at all. Dinner was okay.

Smriti ma'am was really helpful, and the stay was amazing. It’s very close to the beach and a perfect spot for a holiday 🙂
