We stayed a week in a comfortable, laid-back place that was well kept and in a great location. Ramesh is one of the best hosts I've met in hospitality. We did have frequent power cuts, though, so I'd suggest adding an inverter to make the stay better. A few more utensils would have helped, but that's a matter of individual needs. Thanks for the experience. 🤗

The only hard part was hauling our luggage up to the second floor and back down, since there's no lift. Otherwise, the facilities were great. It's a lovely, compact home with all the amenities, and Mr. Ramesh, the owner, was very helpful and courteous.

I spent the past two weeks working from Goa and was really glad I picked this place over the other options. It's a cosy, cool 1-BHK near Candolim beach, and I enjoyed my stay enough to recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option. The price compares well with similar places in Candolim, and the amenities were extensive for the cost. There's a secured gated community, a clean, hygienic setting with greenery and a swimming pool view, plus pool access. For working from home, the high-speed Wi-Fi was useful. The flat also has AC, car parking, housekeeping, light cooking facilities and utensils, a 190-litre fridge, and a water purifier. It offers amenities you'd find at a 4-5 star hotel for around 3-4 times the price. Mr. Ramesh kept the place in good shape and was very accessible. The one drawback is no power backup. He said a UPS installation would happen soon, and he was already working on it. We only had a problem once, when a Candolim power supply fault lasted about 3-4 hours, so it may not happen often. Hopefully the UPS is available as he told me. Candolim beach is 1 km away. Along the way there's the very Instagram-friendly i ❤️ Candolim Goa fountain.

The room was clean and the area was nicely maintained. Door service was fantastic, and this was a great place to stay in Goa within your budget.
