Four of us had a really unpleasant two-day stay at the bungalows light house villa B-27. The ACs didn’t work, the bins were open, and the washrooms lacked the tissue papers needed for hygiene. There’s no power backup when electricity goes out. We couldn’t sleep and were exhausted the next day, which spoiled the holiday we came to Goa to enjoy. Guests end up having to check everything and ask the caretaker to fix it, a process that takes half a day, while still paying the full charge. The service was pathetic. For the premium price, the promised service wasn’t provided at all, and you can get the best hotels in town for the same amount.
