Trevon Hotels & Resorts Candolim Goa

The room itself was good, but the service and upkeep were extremely poor. It wasn't cleaned on time, nobody came for daily housekeeping checks, and basic items were missing: no water bottles, water glasses, or coffee/tea setup. The refrigerator didn't work, and the AC and room phone weren't functioning properly. The manager's response wasn't satisfactory, and no proper solution was offered. The swimming pool was dirty and looked like the water hadn't been changed for a long time. With such unhygienic water, children may get infections. Breakfast was also very poor and tasteless. This was a very disappointing stay, far below the service expected from a hotel. Proper hospitality and room service weren't provided.

The property had a peaceful, relaxing ambience, the food was fresh and delicious, and it was great value for money. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help whenever we needed them. A perfect experience, I'd definitely visit again. Highly recommended!
