They brought my family and me there for promotional purposes and took up an hour of our time. We got out just in time to save the rest of our day. I can't really advise on staying here. If you want a hotel right in front of a beach, though, this is a perfect choice. There's also a decent restaurant and bar downstairs that works fine for families.

Raj helped us get an early check-in after the receptionist, Ankita, refused our request and was very unprofessional and rude. The TV in our room didn't work; they said it was a signal issue, although the TV in the next room was working. The other staff were good. Ankita should learn how to treat guests. The food was okay, and the room was decent for a hotel in this category.

The location is excellent and the staff are courteous. Service has fallen a little short of expectations since the recent management change, though. I'd still recommend the hotel to all kinds of travelers. With a small service upgrade, I'm sure it could become a preferred choice for many.

Really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the whole place felt hygienic, and room service was right for what we needed. There’s a nice pool, too, and the beach is very close.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely time. The location is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, and the food is delicious. Staff are humble and quick with service, and even the cook gave us specialized service. I'd like to come back and would suggest staying here to enjoy the hospitality.
