Priyanka made a real difference during our stay at Hotel Yu, Candolim. She was courteous, prompt, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The whole team was warm, attentive, and focused on good service, which made the visit memorable. We stayed in room 4406 from Jan 13-16. It was a lovely blend of comfort and cleanliness, with exceptional hospitality. I'd highly recommend the hotel and would love to stay again! 💛✨

At YU Hotel Candolim, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the ambience, food, and hospitality all felt top-notch. The staff were very polite and ready to help, making for a really comfortable, premium-feeling stay. Everything was just right. Highly recommend it for a trip to Goa, and I'll definitely return.

We didn't stay at the hotel, though we'd like to book a room on our next visit. We had dinner at Spice Ritual instead. The manager and staff welcomed us warmly, and since it was early evening, we were seated right away. The starters were awesome and freshly made, but the mains were even better. The curry and daal had delicious flavours, a little spicy for me, though my husband loved them. Thanks for the great food and service! 😊

The restaurant could use better service, as there was only one waitress handling all the guests, though she managed very nicely. The rooms were posh, comfortable, and big, and the staff's service and behaviour were good. The night watchman was especially helpful and kind. I stayed on 26 Dec 2025 and will definitely come again.
