Hotel Emerald Valley

Mr. Kapil was an excellent host and always went the extra step to make the customer experience better. The food was top notch too. The property looked very ordinary when I first arrived, but once I got into the room and experienced the staff’s hospitality, I knew staying here was one of the BEST decisions!

It’s a good, decent place for a quiet holiday in nature, whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple, with family, or on a honeymoon. The manager’s hospitality and the courteous staff are worth mentioning. You can get hot water, free WiFi, and parking space. Family suites are also available. We stayed two nights with family, and the rooms had good views of the hills and valley. Public transport isn’t available here, so it’s best to bring your own or rented vehicle. Taxis can take you from Kandaghat (32 kms) or Main Chail (5.5 kms), and the manager can help with local driver contacts. The food could use more variety, better taste and presentation, especially more breakfast choices. Definitely worth a stay.

The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the service is very good. The food is osm, and the manager and staff are very cooperative.

Mr Sanjeev and the staff were very good, and they reassured us about our safety. The rooms are okay and face the sun, and the newly built property looks decent. That’s why I gave it two stars. It’s 7.5 Kms away, in a different direction, and not before the other place. The road is in very bad condition, which made getting there feel scary. It’s the last property on that road, with no shop or market nearby, and at night I’d feel uneasy there with family. Free breakfast only came with Aloo paranthas and omelet. With no other food options nearby, their Ala-Carte meals felt highly expensive: Veg Pakora cost Rs 140 and tasted pathetic, Dal Makhani was Rs 230, and tea was Rs 50. Dinner was pretty ok. Websites like Make My Trip giving it a high rating, including MMT Assured, feels all fake. I’m committed to never visiting this place again.
