Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan

The rooms were okay, though they weren’t the best I’ve stayed in, and the location feels remote. There’s nothing nearby, with the closest options at least a 10 minute drive away. Staying here means relying on the hotel’s food and service, which was a problem for us. At Momo restaurant, our biryani took more than 45 minutes to arrive, and it was cold. The staff seemed confused and clumsy, and didn’t seem to care about customers or timing. When I raised it, duty manager Mohisin argued with me instead of addressing it. Poor service all around. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed the suite at Courtyard by Marriott, Chakan. It was spacious and luxurious, and the thoughtful design, two TVs, and bathtub made it feel special. Momo Café was another highlight, with flavorful food that was nicely presented. The property is very well maintained and has a relaxed, premium feel. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. We also made good use of the clean swimming pool, well-equipped gym, and indoor games. A comfortable, memorable stay, and one I’d happily recommend.

We didn’t need to leave the property once during our five days there. The food was that good, and the F&B team’s friendliness kept bringing me back. This was the best F&B team I’ve experienced, with hospitality at its best. Over more than 20 visits, this was the most amazing food I’ve had here. The Maharashtrian dishes felt authentic and generous: Tambda Rasa, Pandhra Rasa, and Tandoori chicken kebab were all mouth watering and succulent. Everything was served with such enthusiasm and care. A big thank you to the team, especially F& B manager Sachin Gadge, along with Akshay Pandav, Akshay Susar, Rushi, Prathamesh, Vinay Auti, and Shubham Vidhate. Special thanks as well to Chef Aditya, Chef sunil singh, Chef pankaj, and Chef sunil kumar. Sachin Gadge and the whole F&B TEAM, keep up the good work. This was a memorable trip, and I’m grateful for the wonderful food and welcome.

It feels like a second home at Courtyard by Marriott at Chakan. This was my third visit in seven weeks, and I’m already looking forward to staying again. The property is beautiful and, for women travellers, feels very safe. Chef Aditya, Anushka, and Harsh are lovely and always there to support me. The food, care, and hospitality from them and the whole team are next level. A special shout out to Aditya and Anushka, and to everyone there. I love coming back.
