The manager was disrespectful, unhelpful, and seemed keen on taking my money. It was a very bad stay, and I wouldn't recommend it. The toilet was cleaned right in front of us, the food was poor, and there was nothing near the hotel. They didn't know English and only used Marathi. The AC had no remote and wasn't centralized, and there was no hot water kettle.

The restaurant said it stayed open until 10:30 PM, but it stopped taking orders after 09:55 PM. In the room, the bathroom was unclean, the door lock didn't work, and there were cockroaches. The water was too hard, and there was no extension telephone.

It's right by the main road, so cabs and autos are available all the time, and there's a large parking area. Rooms are nice, the AC works smoothly, and room service comes at no extra cost. Housekeeping is available, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant serves both veg and non-veg food, as well as alcohol. A good place to stay, worth it and recommended.

The location is good, and dinner was good quality, but the rooms, lift, and restaurant were poor. The restroom water smelled, and cleaning in the FRESH room wasn't done properly. The restaurant doesn't serve breakfast, and payment has to be made every day.

The booking and billing software is excellent. The rooms and bathrooms, though, need a lot more attention to cleanliness.
