The rooms are spacious and well kept, and group bookings were easy to manage. Everyone in my group was satisfied. Front desk and F&B service were excellent, billing was accurate, and the leadership team coordinated very well.

I stayed here for my friend’s wedding, and we were very happy with the stay. Amrutha and Nandana at the front office were especially helpful, arranging express check-in and check-out. It was memorable, and we’ll visit again.

I still love the location, close to the heart of Thrissur town. The employees are friendly, the ambience is nice and fairly well maintained, and prices are reasonable compared with many other places in Thrissur. The hotel has plenty of rooms, so it’s available most of the time. The food used to be among the best in Thrissur, too. That said, the TVs are around 35 inches, small by today’s standards, and the old-fashioned rooms could use renovations. Room service was slow on our one-night stay: food took about 30-45 minutes, and once they said they’d forgotten it. This place has a lot to improve as competition for good hotels in Thrissur grows. I wish them well.

It was calm and just right for a relaxing stay. The food had good quality and variety, and was very tasty. The staff were friendly and ready to help, while the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I’d highly recommend it for a stay or a meal.
