The poolside is big and beautiful, and that’s the part you’ll enjoy. Room service and food weren’t even average, and my bathroom and others had a water shortage. My overall experience was average.

We stayed for 3 nights and were very satisfied with the experience. The resort’s location and ambience are lovely, the staff are helpful and well behaved, and the food is good and reasonably priced.

The grounds were beautiful and quiet, and the service was good, but the rooms didn’t look like the picture and need repairs. You’ll need your own vehicle and should plan activities in advance.

The owner kindly let us shorten our stay. Staff were courteous, food was good, and cleanliness was reasonable. Foreign visitors should know that the resort couldn’t process a foreign credit card, so cash was needed. Only a few staff members could speak English.

Electricity went off many times, with no inverter or backup, and after 11 PM there was no water supply. The staff were rude and unprofessional, especially at the billing counter, which made the frustration worse. I had a very, very bad stay. The basic facilities and staff behavior need improvement before anyone should come here.
