The caretaker was kind enough to open the guest house for us around 1am, despite the chilly wind and 6 degrees. The rooms are good, and it's a nice place in Banikhet. It's cheap, so don't expect luxury. The towels weren't clean, but breakfast was good and made by the caretaker. A good option if you're travelling in a group on a limited budget.

The room itself was neat, but the sheets, pillowcases, and blanket didn’t feel clean enough. We’d booked through Oyo, then were told at the property that they weren’t giving Oyo rooms because of a payment issue, so we had to pay extra directly for one room. Since we were there in December and it was extremely cold, we asked for a heater and were charged Rs 150 per day. The geyser was already there. Rs 850 a day felt a bit high for these facilities, especially when Oyo could get us an AC room for that. Honestly, we felt cheated in the name of Oyo.

Not even one star from me. Water was leaking all over the guest house, and the blankets were in terrible shape. There were no towels, soap, or slippers, and the food tasted awful. The owner, Mr ram, was the worst part, such an idiot. These people are using Oyo's name to make money. This place is really terrible, please don't recommend this creepy guest house to anyone. I have real photos of the hotel and can email them to anyone who wants to see.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The TV didn’t work, they didn’t provide bath soap or towels, and not a single service was on time. It felt like they were using the OYO name just to make money. Worst experience I’ve had here.

The location was nice when I stayed here on 14 October 2018, but the service was awful. Even the restaurant couldn’t bring a cup of tea after I called several times, and there was no milk. The TV didn’t work either. A horrible stay.
