I recently went to Dalhousie with Unseen Tours and Travels, and the trip was excellent all the way through. They handled the itinerary, hotel bookings, local transport, and sightseeing, so we didn't have to worry about anything. The hotels and houseboat they arranged were clean and comfortable, and our driver and guide was polite, punctual, and very cooperative. We had enough time at each stop, got local suggestions, and could always reach them if we needed help or wanted to make changes. The trip ran smoothly and was well organised, and my family felt safe and comfortable throughout. I'm very satisfied and would happily recommend Unseen Tours and Travels to anyone planning a Dalhousie trip. Mr Anil Thakur

The staff, including the manager and chef, were kind and made us feel at home. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. It’s also in a prime spot and reasonably priced. A place where you can relax and feel comfortable and safe.

The food was really tasty, and the hotel staff were always around to help. They even bring services to your door, which is helpful when you’re staying with older people. My mom and I visited last month, and after we left we realized we’d forgotten some belongings in the room. The hotel helped ship them back to us. Thank you so much for the amazing service ❤️❤️❤️

The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff behaved well. We had a good stay apart from a couple of things. There’s a hidden club above the rooms where people play games and music, and it was disturbing. Also, we paid for accommodation and food, but when one member of our group didn’t eat early in the morning, they refused our one-time request to pack that food. We weren’t asking for anything extra, but that’s their rule.
