The room was good and had a view, though the toiletries were very limited. The location is away from main Dalhousie. Water stopped in the morning, and the reception phone wasn’t working, so I had to go complain in person. There’s not much variety in the breakfast and dinner spread, and potatoes feature in most dishes, with the menu feeling much the same. Jain food can be prepared on request.

I had a frustrating stay because of the manager’s attitude. He brushed off guests’ basic needs and didn’t seem interested in sorting out problems. His response was dismissive instead of helpful. Based on that poor management experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms were hygienic and the ambiance beautiful, with friendly staff. Check-in went smoothly, and the facilities were impressive and well managed.

The hotel was well maintained, and the amenities matched what was described. I was impressed with the service throughout my stay. Good value for the price.

We left a day early because the stay wasn’t worth the money. The staff were rude and misbehaved, the chef wouldn’t honor a simple request for more salt, and the manager didn’t even bother to apologize. Terrible experience.
