The service was spot on, and the staff were kind and polite. From the terrace you can see mini Switzerland, and the food is fabulous, with enough to eat without missing home. A lovely place, and I’d recommend it 100% if you want good value for money.

The staff were rude and handled an emergency request for the washroom very badly. As I understand the government rules, anyone can use the washroom, but the owner refused us so rudely. Please don’t mislead people. It felt like all that mattered was making money and fooling tourists. Have some shame and dignity. This man has no shame.

Being just a few steps from the beautiful khajiar ground makes this hotel special. The mini terrace has a breathtaking view, and the rooms are clean and cozy. Food is tasty and feels homelike. The staff are accommodating and ready to help. Great value for money.

The lake view is panoramic, and you can easily walk around at night and enjoy the nature. It’s the only hotel in front of natural lake khajiyar. Rooms are neat and clean, the food quality is excellent, and the staff are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended for everyone.
