The balcony hill view made the stay special, and shops of all kinds were nearby. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, the food was excellent, and the staff were polite, humble, and helpful. Good service and location too. We enjoyed our time here with family.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. The service was extremely poor, and the owner and staff were rude and unprofessional. At first they wouldn’t give us a room before 3 PM. The owner said there was no water or electricity and that neither could be assured for the next two days. That behavior felt unethical and unacceptable. Staff smoked in front of guests and seemed unconcerned about their comfort. Their casual, careless attitude was very disappointing. I’ve also read multiple fake Google reviews here saying it’s goo

The view was great, and the food was really tasty. Everyone on staff was so humble and friendly, and the hospitality was excellent. This was my best hotel experience. Whenever I’m back in this area, I’ll stay here again. Thanks, brothers 😊
