Oyo 90840 Majestic Raja Nagari

The photos on Agoda made the hotel look very different from what I found. The rooms were nasty, and the receptionist charged me an extra 500 as a supposed balance even though I had paid the full amount online. They didn't change the bedsheets, the AC didn't work, and there was no free Wi-Fi or breakfast. There was almost no parking, just enough space for two or three bikes, with the advertised free parking apparently on the roadside. The reception guy was a fraud.

I booked a room through Agoda for today, 01/12/2022, but the reception staff demanded more money and wouldn't give me the room at the price shown in the Agoda app. I'd advise everyone not to stay here. They cheat you.

The app showed one price, but when I reached the hotel the manager said he couldn't give me a room for that amount. I was told to pay extra, cancel the booking, or contact the app's customer care. A very bad experience.

I booked through the OYO app and arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., but there was nobody at reception until 3. I called the number written at reception, but no one answered. I lost both my sleep and my money. Don't choose this hotel.
