The rooms and hotel are beautiful and very clean, the food is tasty and clean too, and the person at reception is really nice. But I noticed staff starting to open room doors without asking while guests are inside. That's wrong, since someone may be in the room, possibly without clothes. Please let the hotel owner know so staff are properly instructed and this doesn't happen to me or anyone else again.

The staff were polite and the stay was good overall. They may switch off the AC in summer if your booking was made at a huge discount. I don't know whether they do the same in winter, but I would still recommend the hotel. It was a good stay.

The owner was very rude, and the hotel was poor. They refused to accept an online booking and made an issue of checking out even 10 minutes late. The rooms are very small and dirty, and the place felt shady. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The bed was awful, and there were lots of bedbugs and mosquitoes. Room service was very bad too, and the staff treated me poorly.

The staff were extremely rude, and I had such a bad experience that I left right away. The hotel amenities were misleading, with about half of them not working. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here, especially with family. Don't book it.
