Fabhotel Moon Trip

I lost around two hours after arriving with friends and lots of luggage, time I could have spent finding somewhere else. I’d booked two nights through OYO, but the hotel denied check-in and demanded an extra 1000 rs in cash. OYO credited that amount to the hotel after I raised the issue, but the hotel still refused us and said OYO had to speak directly with the manager. I can’t speak for offline bookings, but I’d think twice before booking online.

There were no window rooms, and the room felt suffocating and smelled bad the whole time. The TV was dead too, so they need to get it working again 😂. The sheets and pillow covers weren’t clean. Breakfast was included in the booking, but the staff refused to provide any food and told us to order online, so I spent extra money for nothing. The hotel was just okay.

Room service can be frustrating: sometimes they hear a request and forget it, and sometimes they avoid doing it. Apart from that, it’s a nice, underrated hotel in balongi near the bus stand. The rooms are good, and there’s good food at the hotel and nearby.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The atmosphere and surroundings didn’t feel suitable for a family stay, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone I know.
