The staff made the stay especially awful. My cousin had driven for three hours and only needed to rest in my room for 15 minutes before we continued on to Shimla. They refused and wanted $1000 for half an hour. I've never had customer service this poor. The location was bad too. Road and traffic noise, along with people moving around, carried on all night and was unbearable. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. They took an advance, then asked for extra money to provide a heater in the extreme winter cold. After we argued, they gave us one, but came back half an hour later and asked for it back. What are guests meant to do in that weather? Do they charge extra for AC in summer too? The reception manager was unprofessional and spoke harshly, without proper etiquette. Taking advance payment and then withholding amenities felt like blackmail.

The atmosphere was peaceful and the rooms were comfortable. Staff were courteous, hospitality was good, and I enjoyed the stay.

A pleasant stay for the money, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and great service.

The evening reception staff were arrogant and rude, and their behavior spoiled my stay. They took advance payment but didn't mention before check-in that there was no heater in the room, then didn't provide the facility with a positive attitude. Please find another hotel if you want a calm, positive stay.
