The food was good, but I wouldn't choose this place for a family stay. It's in central Chandigarh, though the hotel itself is a small property on the first and second floors of a busy market. Rooms are small and dirty, with stained beds and towels. Staff were neither especially friendly nor rude, and weren't very helpful. The star rating doesn't match the actual conditions.

The manager showed no compassion when my two-year-old infant was crying and I took the baby to the lobby for a moment. He rudely told me to take the infant back to the room. We were there as a family, and the way we were treated was appalling. Staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional, with arrogance instead of basic courtesy. This place showed no decency or empathy. A disgraceful experience, and I strongly urge families to stay away.

I stayed for one day and was really disappointed. The AC didn't work, then the intercom stopped, and after that the Dish connection went out. For what they charge, it isn't worth it. They also keep soft copies of guests' IDs. I don't know what they intend to do with them, but they could be misused, and I think that's a wrong practice.
