The staff were polite, but they gave guests misleading information. The location wasn't good, and cleanliness seemed neglected. I wouldn't recommend it.

We were looking for another hotel called Regel, which we'd booked, but these people tricked us into staying here instead. The facilities were relatively poor, with small rooms and a tiny bathroom that had no proper ventilation. It was uncomfortable, and I wouldn't suggest it for families. Bachelors might be able to adjust.

I don't think this place is suitable for couples, and the location is terrible. I'd advise against staying here.
