Hotel Sharnam by OYO Rooms

There was a sharp, unpleasant smell throughout, and water was dripping out of a wall. The flush didn’t work, either. The photos I attached show the state of the place. The staff were rude and didn’t know how to treat guests. Hospitality and infrastructure were both terrible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to any family. If negative stars were possible, I’d give them, since this place doesn’t deserve even one.

The service was poor, and the staff seemed inactive, so this was a worse experience than at other hotels. The bathroom kit wasn’t supplied, including a towel, soap, and cleanser. After I asked, they brought just one towel for the couple.

They were very rude to a girl, even though the problem was their fault. Their policy seems to let them bang on your door and disturb you at any time. While we were staying there, they came to check whether the lights worked, even though we hadn’t reported any issue.

The service was quick and the work was good, but what really stood out was how polite and generous the staff were. I travel a lot, and trust me, Sharnam has some of the best staff you could imagine.
