The Wi-Fi speed was good, and so was breakfast. The shower didn’t work, and they wouldn’t provide the AC remote. The set top box remote control in my room was broken, but they moved me to a different room.

The hotel is close to Chandigarh university and has nice facilities, with a gym and restraunt beside it. The only issue is having to climb the stairs, since all the rooms are on the 3rd floor and basement.

The rooms were quite good, and so was the service, but the corridors smelled really bad. There was no internet in the rooms, and since they’re underground, there are no networks either.

The reception team responds well, and the hospitality has been nice every time I've stayed. This is my favourite hotel.

Book your suite online. When I tried dealing with them in person, the staff were not very pleasant.
