The owner and staff were rude and badly mannered, and they even pressured guests to leave a five-star rating before checkout. My OYO booking was for one night, but the room they offered was on the terrace and very dirty. The light and fan didn’t work properly, and the room didn’t match the photos. Think twice before booking.
They made customers give five stars while checking out, even though the hotel hardly deserved them. They seemed to take advantage of people feeling awkward about leaving a bad review in front of them. I complained to OYO too. The service was poor, the rooms were dirty, and the staff behaved badly. I wouldn’t give this place even one star. It’s the worst hotel in Chandigarh.
You can hear noise from the other rooms, and this room was dirty too. The blankets smelled bad, water was leaking through the walls, and the condition was awful. No value for money at all.
I booked through OYO, but they put me on a floor that seemed meant for servants. There was no bedsheet or pillow, and the room smelled really bad. They refused when I asked to switch rooms. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
The only upside is that it’s very cheap. The rooms were filthy, the almirah was dusty and dirty, and the TVs didn’t work. The AC was poor, and there wasn’t a proper water supply.
