I came here with high hopes and excitement, as I always had for this property, but this was my biggest disappointment. I checked in last night and asked reception to extend my checkout from 2 pm to 3 pm because my wife has a fractured leg and we're travelling together. Nakul agreed within seconds and said 3 pm was fine. After breakfast, I returned to the room and got a call from someone asking when I'd be leaving. I explained that I'd been given until 3 pm and would be going to see a doctor and then coming back. They told me I couldn't keep the room past 1 pm because the hotel was sold out. Since I'm a hotelier, I happened to be looking at rates on the make my trip app and was able to book four rooms at Hyatt centric, and perhaps more. I tried four in each category they had. This is the worst place to be with a family member or friend who's facing discomfort. They promised one thing the day before, then tried to push us out. The back of the house department was the worst, and the whole experience was awful. A big no to this property for the rest of my life. I know that may not make a difference, but I hope people understand and stay away. Thank you very much for this.

The food was excellent, and room service was available 24 hours. The hotel is beautiful, the service was five-star, and the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Shivarsh Agarwal and Rajit Samsrjeet (sp?), who were very helpful, along with the front desk staff. This is the place to stay in Chandigarh. Impeccable. Stay here and you'll be glad you did.

The gym was clean and had good equipment, with towels and water ready. Sundar, the trainer, seemed to run it well, and we had a nice chat about the location. We also spent time lounging by the spotless outdoor pool each day, though we didn't swim. Breakfast was a treat. I ate my fill and enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff there. Room service was just as good: the food tasted great and arrived within a couple of minutes. Our room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully set up. From arrival onward, everyone was warm, attentive, and professional, and the personal care made the stay memorable. We had a wonderful time at Hyatt Centric Chandigarh. I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Chandigarh who appreciates comfort and genuine hospitality.

The staff coordinated everything smoothly, and the food was good and well organized. Service was quick and courteous throughout. The meeting rooms were professional, maintained well, and properly equipped. Its central spot in Sector 17 made getting together with clients and colleagues easy. A dependable place for business meetings or a work stay in Chandigarh.

The location worked really well, near the main attractions but still quiet enough to rest. The atmosphere was peaceful, and housekeeping was prompt. Both breakfast and the à la carte dishes were fresh, nicely prepared, and presented well. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. The staff were courteous and professional, and the front desk and restaurant teams deserve a special mention for their warmth. My room was clean, comfortable, and carefully designed. A really lovely stay, and I'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
