Mint Hotel Chandigarh

The hotel is in Chandigarh's Sector 27, with a good neighborhood around it. There are food shops, a pharmacy and even mechanics for different kinds of vehicles nearby. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed, sheets, pillow covers and towels were comfortable and fresh. Hand wash, face and body wash, and shampoo were provided. Meals were tasty, plentiful and reasonably priced. Staff handled things professionally and sorted out problems within seconds. The location is decent, and the hotel offers prompt facilities and services. Kudos to mint hotel...

The rooms are very clean, the place is well maintained, and service is good. The locality is another plus. Still, even the cheapest room feels a bit overpriced, and the food is only mediocre, though you can order from outside. I also hope they get a better handle on the power cuts. It's an average hotel, but it gets my thumbs up.

I've stayed here many times, but I'm very dissatisfied with the staff and management. They seem to make up new rules each time, and the reception staff don't know the hotel's regulations. They also behaved badly toward my mother, which understandably made me angry. The staff have no manners and don't know how to speak to customers. I suggest people reading this choose another hotel.

Pal Dhabha is right next door, and the hotel is also close to the station and airport. The rooms are quite spacious, the service is good, and breakfast is fresh. This is going to be my regular choice in Chandigarh City from now on.
