We reported that the bathroom service wasn't working and there was no hot water. We don't like cold water for bathing, and it was urgent, but it was a waste of time.

The room had a very bad smell and was dirty, and the washroom was just as unclean. The towels were so filthy they looked like they'd come straight out of a dustbin. Also, OYO lists Wi-Fi, but there isn't any. The amount charged was higher than the price shown for the OYO or online booking.

At night the hotel is hard to find because it can't be seen from the road. The room was small, with lots of hair on the sheets and pillows, and no toiletries kit was provided. The landline was dead, the switches didn't work properly, and the power sockets were damaged. A very bad experience and a waste of money.

The rooms were filthy, and I've never stayed in a dirtier hotel. The staff were rude and had no manners, and the receptionist seemed like a complete fraud. Please don't go if you don't want to waste your money.

The room itself was good, and it’s near ISBT 43. Fast room service was the one positive. The location isn't good, and the food is awful, so ordering through Swiggy, Zomato, or Uber Eats is better. For under 1,000 rupees, you can find better rooms, service, and food in a better location. Only consider this place if you have no other option. It's next to a wine and beer shop in Sector 52, Khajeri.
